Business Manager

Lord Deramore’s Primary School is seeking a School Business Manager to join its friendly, happy and successful school community.  

The duties of the post include supporting the headteacher, governing body and our out-of-school club across a range of areas including finance support, budgeting, premises management, health & safety, GDPR, policy management and HR.

The post is for three days per week (days negotiable with successful candidate) on a 52-week contract, with the need to complete some work during the school holidays as and when required.

Relevant qualifications and prior experience of working in a school setting would be highly desirable.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, visits to the school will not be possible.

Teaching Assistant (Level 2)

Lord Deramore’s Primary School are seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant (Level 2)

Do you have a passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing? Would you like to work in a happy, supportive and successful school community? If so, we would like to hear from you!

The post will be for 22.32 hours per week (term time only), with the working pattern being Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8.40am – 12.00pm and 1.00pm – 3.15pm. It will be a fixed-term one year post. 

In the first instance, the post-holder will work in our Early Years classes, supporting children with specific Special Education Needs and Disabilities. Candidates should be willing to administer medicines, provide intimate care and be deployed as necessary, which could in the future include supporting teaching and learning across the rest of the school.

Office Administrator

Lord Deramore’s Primary School is seeking a friendly, organised and hardworking part-time school office administrator to join our school community from 1st September 2020.  The role will involve running our school office for two days per week (ideally Thursdays and Fridays). Training will be provided and there is an optional opportunity to work an additional day per week on a temporary basis in order to shadow the experienced job-share partner.
