Giant Feet
See Tree Giants HERE

Early Years looked at a giant footprint and tried to

work out how tall the giant that made it would be.

We started by drawing around our own feet and then marked how long we are on the floor outside.

We used our paper feet to measure how big we are.

Most people were as long as about 7 of their own feet!

We lined up 7 giant feet to see how big he would be.

We cut a gold paper strip as long as 7 giant feet

to put up on our classroom wall.

The giant would only just fit in our classroom

but wouldn’t be able to fit through the door!

He would be taller then Robert Wadlow –

the tallest man in history!

We made Giant footprints on the ground.

We were able to use the giant footprints to

work out how tall our Giant would be.
