Key Stage 2 Assembly - New Starts

At the start of 2015 KS2 had an assembly about ‘New Starts’.

Instead of just thinking of the usual New Year’s Resolutions, we thought about skills

we had already that we wanted to improve or new skills that we wanted to learn.

After a few weeks, some children showed their new or improved skills to the rest of KS2.

There was dancing and football . . .

baking and ice skating . . .

piano and keyboard playing . . .

and even tin whistle playing!

What a talented group of children.

They all said that the improvements they made were

due to the amount of practice they have been doing.

We hope to have another assembly next term when

we can share more of our achievements.

Well done KS2!
