Year 1
Year 1 had their Maths and phonics lessons outside.
They wrote tricky words on the path.
They worked in teams to design and
construct bridges for the Three Billy Goats Gruff.
The tubs they designed and planted will
make our school look lovely in the summer.
They had a fantastic last afternoon of
Outdoor Week barbecuing with Mr Giles and Year 2.
We cut open some bananas, inserted chocolate buttons . . .
and then wrapped the bananas up in foil.
After that the bananas went on the
barbecue and finally we could eat them.
We thought they were delicious!
