In June 2024, Lord Deramore’s was graded outstanding in all areas by OFSTED; please find below our most recent report. We have always been proud of the fact that, at Lord Deramore’s, we never ‘do things for OFSTED’. Our families and children always come first and that is what makes this inspection outcome so pleasing – we have been doing the right things, for the right reasons and this has now been recognised and praised.

Although the inspectors have not identified any areas for development, we will continue to live out our vision of continually “striving to be the best we can be”. We will not rest on our laurels and will always keep reflecting, refining and improving.

Pupils at Lord Deramore’s receive an outstanding education. They are immersed in an exciting and rigorous curriculum. Leaders provide a broad range of experiences to help pupils remember the curriculum and to develop wider skills. This holistic approach helps pupils to mature into articulate, caring young people who are well prepared for life in modern Britain. With over 20 different languages spoken, the school is a wonderfully multicultural community. Pupils value their diverse community, which they see as a real strength of the school. They celebrate people from all different backgrounds. All pupils, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), are challenged and supported to achieve highly.Ofsted, January 2023
