As an Attachment Aware school, Lord Deramore’s prioritises building positive relationships between children and staff and children and their peers.

In recent staff meetings Mr Sharpe has led training about Regulation Rex, and emotion coaching – helping children deal with big emotions in a consistent and supportive way.
